Programme Conduct

Participants in our programmes are expected to:

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or harmful to other participants, without refund.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required to confirm programme registration
Prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP)
Payment can be made via bank transfer or card payment
Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms of Use

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made 14 or more days before programme start: Full refund
Cancellations made 7-13 days before programme start: 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before programme start: No refund, but credit may be offered for future programmes at our discretion
If we cancel a programme, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another programme

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the website for any purpose other than that for which we make the website available. The website may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. Prohibited activity includes:

Systematically retrieving data or content from the website without written permission
Making any unauthorised use of the website
Engaging in any automated use of the system
Attempting to bypass any measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the website
