Frequently Asked Questions

Do parents attend the sessions?

Our children's programmes are designed for independent participation, allowing young people to engage fully. Parents receive progress updates and take-home resources. Family workshops, however, are designed for whole-family attendance.

What if my child misses a session?

We provide catch-up materials for any missed sessions. If more than two sessions are missed, we can arrange a make-up session or credit towards the next term.

Are there any prerequisites?

No prior knowledge is required. Children are grouped by age to ensure content is developmentally appropriate. If you are unsure which programme suits your child, contact us for guidance.

What is your refund policy?

Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the programme starts. After that, we offer credit towards future programmes. In exceptional circumstances, please speak with us directly.
